Flanged pneumatic V-type ball valve is a spherical core channel is designed to a open “V” shape of the valve, with accurate flow characteristic and control function. Through 0-90 degrees rotation, to achieve the adjustment of the flow rate and switch

function. No clearance friction between the valve seat and spherical surface, with excellent shear force and self-cleaning ability, especially suitable for fluid medium with fibers or with small particles. 


The O type shut-off ball valve is a kind of quarter-turn on-off valve. It is mainly used for shut-off control of media. The ball valve of this series adopts round hole in the ball. When opened, it is directly connected to the body flow channel, featured by high flow capacity. Compared with plunger valves, it has small structural sizes, light weight and the function of self-cleaning between plug and seat. Therefore, it is very suitable for viscous, fibrous media and those containing suspended solid particles. With low heat expansion impact due to temperature, and good sealing performance, it is widely applied in the systems of such industries as petrochemical industry, metallurgy, chemical fiber, pulp & paper, medicine, hydroelectric station, etc. to meet the needs of remote control of process parameters such as flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level of all gases, liquids or corrosive gases and liquid media.
